On the revised methodology, another positive vote for Fish Bros Swindon, they were courteous and handled a modified (Vortech) Z in their stride.

For a negative, Dan Perkins Slough, hopeless with my Z before it was modified

2) +ve Service - Came out to look at my car at home on Chrstmase Eve 2005 when I thought I heard a knocking noise from the engine - no fault found, no charge
3) -ve Sales - have not being able to find anything out about the new Z, even though I've sent them a link to the memo on Nissaneurope site

Surely ealing should gain if they get positive comments, but why do other dealerships lose points when there has been no negative comments

Bishops Nissan (Guildford):
+ve Very polite when asking for money (sales especially but also service). Efficient when asking for PIN, etc..
-ve Sump plug fell out after they last serviced the car. Service manager suggested I did it myself. Dealer principal refused to accept responsibility. More details here. Wanted to award minus 1 million but in spite of everything I'm a reasonable man.

Have reordered and added in Sunwin Derby at -5 due to that is the number of times it took them to fix my skipping stereo and even then it was not sorted, but I got rid of the zed before having to go back for the sixth time!! plus a wide variety of errors that I will not repeat again

Added Ilkeston in at +1 as they are pretty good and ace at customer service
