The nissansportz Committee would like to make you all aware that the viewing rights of the forum are about to change

Currently you need to sign into the nissansportz forum to be able to see the free sections and be a paid up Member to see the Member sections. Therefore search engines such as Google and other 'bots' cannot access any areas of the forum.

The new viewing rights (now in effect) will allow anyone to view the free areas of the forum without logging in or even having an account. In order to actually post on the forum you will need to have an account as you do now. The benefit of this is that nissansportz will provide answers to people using search engines and be more accessible to all. Paid Member areas will remain unaffected.

Since search engines and other search bots will now be able to crawl through all our posts in the free area we would like to remind you that it is unadvisable to post any personal information that you would not like to be found using a search of the web. Paid Member areas will remain hidden to everyone other than other paid up Members. Search engines will not have access.

For example, if you post an advert and include your email address and phone number then this information could be searched upon and you may receive unwanted emails or phone calls. A simple solution to this would be to PM people your details or even include the information in the form of a picture/graphic.
