Just wondered how the Midland contingent got on with the NW dyno session on Saturday.

Unfortunately, couldn't be there myself.

Also, any news on the next meet - I believe we agreed it would be in Geoff's neck
of the woods!!

Dave.

Hi Dave,

I went along for the pub lunch. I think there was only Geoff from the midlands. He was one of the best NA cars.

Check out the Drifting Day at Oulton. Click Here

I was thinking of this being a meet of sorts for NW and Midlands. Anyone not going one could come to watch the afternoon then off to a pub at 5pm if you are interested.

No ..... I had problems with the supra which was in for some touching up but wasn't actually ready until late on Saturday afternoon so despite planning to go up on Friday night (when the supe should have been ready) I had to bail ;) :( :P :( :P With Nikki's little un I needed to take both cars you see !!!!!

I'm thinking about (and will organise with Emma and others) a Midlands dyno at the end of the Summer so that people can check their summer mods and see how the cars have changed ...... watch out for that one !!!!

The NA (normally aspirated / non turbo) is supposed to be 220 bhp although I'd bet money a few of those horses have retired and gone to stud. A standard twin turbo is good for 330 bhp and should leave a zed wwwwaaaaayyyyyy behind :P ....... well, in a straight line anyway :P ;) :(

I'm currently struggling to convince myself a twin turbo of £5-6k is a BAD idea !!!!!
