That's great news, and I bet a good - if perhaps expected - feeling too.

I'm looking into getting mine done next month at some point or other.  It isn't due until January, but I want to SORN it over the Winter and I'd like not to have to worry about it as it emerges from hibernation next Spring.

2004 Yaris 1.3 - A flexible engine that likes a few revs, a slightly agricultural gearbox, and will wag its tail with a deft lift - it's basically a small Zed.
2007 350Z - Less a car, more a piece of pornography.

I treated the not-quite-so-old-girl to another half-a-tankful of Tesco Momentum, as a reward for seemingly pulling like a train at the moment.

The brakes and the front tyres had a bit of a test at one point, and both passed glowingly.  The discs look particularly nice and shiny again too. :teeth:

Dusted the interior, and applied a bit of Vinyl & Rubber Care to the interior plastics.  Did the Yaris's yesterday evening, and it was a good and happy feeling again.

It's the second time this year for the Zed, and the plastics look quite a bit better for it.  Being HR plastics, they might also now be able to stand being stared at for more than 30 seconds before they scratch.  At least for a while perhaps.

This morning, I booked the Zed in for its next service and MOT later this month. I'm looking forward to getting that out of the way before Winter, or indeed the worst of Autumn.

Then, speaking of . . .

. . . the Yaris . . .

I noticed its offside sidelight bulb was out last night. Fixing it looks like a five minute job tonight. However, I'm now going to keep an even closer eye on its power steering fluid.

I really like the shine and the dish on the new wheels.  Very smart.

Just for reference, I'm just curious how long it takes an experienced hand like you to change them over Greg?

About 90 minutes, but every bolt/nut/stud was new two years ago so everything came apart easily.

Many thanks. I wondered if you might have new nuts and bolts, but if ever I get a change of cats that's something to aim for. :)

Unless you wanted someone to look after your decats for a few days . . .

This morning, I checked all the Zed's lights then washed all the exterior glass, lights and mirrors in readiness for tomorrow's MOT.
