My friends are running a track day at Castle Combe on Saturday 28 November.

They do this once or twice a year and give all the profits to charity and the rates are really reasonable, usually about £140 per driver with additional drivers less than £30 from what I remember.

They're all current competing racing drivers and qualified instructors so can offer you tuition in your own car for a small cost. They sometimes have current BTCC drivers down there offering rides but not sure this time.

Almost forgot.... Charity is Macmillan Cancer Support.

There's a 100db noise limit, the day runs in sessions but there's usually time for open pit lane at the end.
