nissansportz 5th Birthday & National Prize draw
To celebrate our 5th year as the best Nissan Sports Car Forum and Owners Club we have managed to secure some fantastic prizes for a prize draw.
The list so far includes,

Ticket are available to buy if you are a member or non member and cost:-
£2.50 each or 5 for £10 or 10 for £17.50 for members
£3.50 each or 5 for £15 or 10 for £25.00 for non members
To purchase tickets please pm either 3FIDDYZ or Chilli Red who will help you with your purchase. There is no maximum purchase and the draw will be made at the National on the 18th September after the evening meal. Tickets will need to be bought and monies received by the club before the draw commences.

nissansportz 2010 National - Raffle ("the Raffle")
General Terms and Conditions
The following points 1) to 10) apply to the conduct and operation of the Raffle as a whole. For any clarification or for full details please ask 3FIDDYZ or Chilli Red.
1) Certain Raffle prizes do have age and licence restrictions but may be transferable on discussion with a committee member of nissansportz
2) Certain Raffle prizes necessitate their own specific terms and conditions, and which will be listed below and may be varied from time to time until 5.30pm on 18th September 2010.
3) The draw will be made on the evening of The National. Winning tickets will first be drawn from "The Ticket Pot"; and then the prize determined by ticket, drawn from the "Prize Pot". The Grand Prizes will be drawn from an additional "Grand Prize Pot", but again using tickets from "The Ticket Pot".
4) Payment has to be made either via bank transfer or direct to 3FIDDYZ or Chilli Red before tickets will be issued. If no payment is made, no ticket will be issued.
5) When making the payment referred to in 4) above, your Forum Name (and if buying on behalf of someone else, their name) and "Raffle Tickets" will be required in the PP transfer.
6) Your tickets numbers will be sent to you via a PM through this forum when payment is received.
7) Tickets can be purchased until 5.30pm on the 18th of September.
8) Tickets when purchased are non-refundable.
9) nissansportz or any of its appointed representatives bare no liability with respect to any of the prizes offered in this raffle.
10) Purchasing of a ticket to the raffle means that you have read and understand all the Terms and Conditions listed and you agree to abide by them.
Specific Prize Terms and Conditions
In addition to the above General Terms and Conditions, the following Terms and Conditions also apply to the following prizes as referred to in the sub-headings:-
370z for a week
1) There may be date restrictions and model restrictions with the "370z for a week" prize, and date and UK location will need to be agreed at time of booking.
2) In order to secure the booking, further personal information will be required from the winner of the "370z for a week".
3) Mileage restrictions to be advised by NMGB will apply as will the car staying within the United Kingdom
4) There may be further terms and conditions of the "370z for a week" prize to be made between NMGB and the winner. nissansportz nor any of its appointed representatives will accept no liability for any breaches of any such terms and conditions by either party.
5) No cash alternative is available.
CAT Driver Training
1) Voucher can only be used for new bookings with CAT, not to pay for currently held CAT training.
2) CAT may require proof of age, licence and ability depending on tuition choice.
3) The voucher has a £400 value; the way that this can be used will be from discussion between CAT and the winner of that prize.
4) If the value of the tuition chosen is above £400 then the additional amount is to be paid by the prize winner prior to attending the tuition with CAT.
5) No cash alternative is available.
2e2 Training voucher
1) The voucher is for 2 days attendance on a scheduled Microsoft training course. Courses are available from a range of applications with durations between 1 and 2 days.
2) The prize may be split between 2 different people if required.
3) Courses carry prerequisites that may apply.
4) No cash alternative is available.
Chilli Store voucher
1) No cash alternative is available.
2) Voucher can be used as part payment and any outstanding payment is to be made by the holder of the voucher.
3) If the voucher is used for less than £50 then Chilli Red will hold the outstanding balance as a credit on file to be used at a later date

1) No cash alternative is available.
Opie Oils Voucher
1) No cash alternative is available.
2) Voucher can be used as part payment and any outstanding payment is to be made by the holder of the voucher.
3) If the voucher is used for less than £50 then Opie Oils will hold the outstanding balance as a credit on file to be used at a later date
) They also sell great Dodo juice cleaning products too so not only can they make it slick on the inside it will be slick on the outside too!
