All of a sudden I can't upload any pics. It says I havent got any space, but when I look it says i've use >5 and I'm only allowed 2.9. However that cant be correct cos how did I get to 5 if I'd used up my allocation.
I've tried deleting a few, but cant easiliy get down to 2.9 without removing stuff from relatively recent posts.
So how has this happened and how do I now post piccies? Please?

Not 100% sure but I think it's since the patch upgrade. I'm not around tonight but if you upload the pics to your album (My Albums near the top of the screen) then that'll work and you can link to them.
TBH, I would always advise uploading to an album anyway but this isn't an excuse for it not working as an attachment

create a free account at www.photobucket.com and upload your pics there? they give you a link which you put in the image tags. job done.

Hhmmm, this is proving to be a stinker! It looks like a bug in the forum software but I am still to find a solution.
I've set up a webcam so you can all watch me work through this problem:

I would like to blame the software but it was my mistake in misunderstanding the documentation (yes it came down to that!)
