Just had my 2 year service and optimisation at Westovers they really are the best.
Excellent Customer service and attention to detail is second to none.

We had originally asked for a 370Z but the demonstrator had been sold so Gerard gave us a brand new 370Z (13 miles on it) for the whole day and took the facelift GT-R out for an hour.
Darren is very professional and always really helpful and happy to discuss anything technical on the car.

The service and parts people are a real pleasure to deal with.
They also replaced a cracked rear wheel under warranty without even seeing it!

Will definitely be back in 6 months.

i believe Darren brought the wheel to us at Bathwick Tyres(Branksome branch) to do the swop over for them.

That's interesting. I've heard of Audi garages farming out tyre changes because they aren't equipped to do the larger wheels on some of their models now. I've not heard of any Nissan garages doing it up until now though.

the guys do most of the GT-R tyre changes etc for Westover Nissan at the Branksome depot.Seen some really nice GTRs over the last couple of months.even did the demo car.

Thought I would bump this thread as am blown away by the quality of service at Westovers.
Darren sorted my tracking out at the 30,000 mile service for free and did the clutch / throttle relearn both of which are normally yearly.
Best of all he fixed my rattling discs without me asking him even though they are aftermarket. Now that is a top job
