Anyone play any musical instruments? :bang:

Just got my (2nd surprise) 50th Birthday present :P
Have hardly played at all for the last 10 years my old keyboard was stored in the airing cupboard.
Amazing how technology has moved on in the last 20 years.
Really enjoying getting back into it. Its amazing that I can remember about 95% of what I learnt about 35 years ago.

Sorry if I don't post as much now!

I wonder if there's a piano at either The National or Xmas do hotels? :bang:

Rock'n'roll, Paul! :P

I'd love to learn how to play the piano/keyboard. My Granddad was very good and did try to teach me as a youngster, but nothing stuck for me then. It is a great skill though, and I am very envious of and full of admiration for anyone who can tinkle the ivories.

I vaguely know what I'm doing with a guitar, but after a bit of a flurry ten or twelve years ago I've rarely practised since. I just tend to get to grips with a few favourite riffs from a few songs I like, play them obsessively for a week or two, before my interest wanes again for another year or two. That said, it's time could be coming round again. :bang:
