Need to Rant!!!

Both my Electric and Gas is with Southern Electric
Money grabbing bas*ards is an understatement...

They have already fleeced me so much that my electric bill credit is £1300 and tried to increase the bill to £121.
Today they want to put the gas up by £25 to £108. £229 for gas and electric for 2 people is an absolute disgrace.

After a protacted discussion they are now paying me back £1300 and are reducing my bills by £45 per month.
Disgraceful that they think it is fine to deliberately over charge people like this. Even worse that you have to endure a 20 minute phone call to sort out their mess.

i'm with southern electric but found they are alright. i ended up with them through ebico. and i've set myself up on their new eco monitor system. i also pay quaterly and input my meter readings so i only pay for what i use.

currently my last gas bill was £80 for 3 months and the electric was £120 for 3 months. thats for 2 adults sharing one 4 bed house on a new build estate. it obviously goes up over the winter period, the gas is usually double.

been with them for the last 2 years. was originally with scottish power and they were bloody rediculous.

if anyone has any reccomendations on good suppliers i'm also happy to look at others.
