I went to see some new friends today and have the Zed de-swirled.

A few pics...

The final result - thanks Craig!

Also Craig, thanks for putting up with me and all those questions!

I think I might have to get a snow foam kit now judging by the amount of swirls that were removed today...

Do you think it's time to remove those Britcar stickers yet?!

Looks fantastic, wouldn't change anything personally.

Does look shiny, even under the most horrible flat lighting the British skies can muster :(

Snow foam this time of year is a God send, trust me when i say, get the Bilt Hamber stuff :)

Sadly it wasn't any brighter today so I didn't bother trying to take any more pics

Thats a very good result from polishing, i can imagine yellow will show even the smallest swirl.

Snow foam is great fun to use and does a remarkable job bearing in mind you just spray it on an leave it.

Paul you know it makes sense

Cheers Greg. Yes, the swirls do show up sadly. When Craig did my car he said the paint was in good nick though - better than the Juke he was doing which is only a year old (it's not Sarah's one).

I spent nearly 3hrs on the Juke today giving it a really good deep clean. Sarah is very pleased with the result and said she thinks I should get one of those snow foam thingy's :teeth:

Very impressive results. Wished my red zed looked as good. Just need to find somebody in my local area.

Very nice Paul, fortunately my one is tucked up in the garage for the winter, but gets the full treatment in March.

I'm just praying for a sunny weekend so I can take some decent ones under bright sunshine. Something tells me I might have to wait though!

Tamworth, junction 10 M42. Would be nice to get the car back to showroom finish (even for a short time), just nervous who I let loose on the Z. Always nice to have a personal recommendation.
