So was the problem the same for the US version? Also, how early is early, i know there was a front tyre feathering issue on the 03's here, but it was fixed by the 04.5's.

I think they sent it to the US too but I'm not 100% on that - I imagine it must be the case.

David hasn't come back to me so I'll send him a reminder. I think you are right Paul, it's only a matter of time before we get the same car. There is no way Nissan is going to have one factory producing two different models. I expect the non-US markets will be use up all the old parts first though...

If I'm honest, I'm not too sure about the new front end?. Personally, I like the fang look, thought it was very individual.
And the red brake calliper's must be worth an extra 10bhp?

Looks like the same wheels, just a much better picture i think.
In the US, the 04 was the same as the 03 model, this was the case until mid 04, hence why there is an unofficial 04.5 version, it changed some interior parts, added wideband sensors and fixed the tyre feathering issue.
The US is weird anyway, they release foe example, a 2012 model car in mid/late 2011 etc etc.

Pretty much agree with everything said above. DRL do look good sometimes, but I don't like those! and not keen on the wheels at all!
Happy to say I'd keep mine over a new one when my balloon payment is due in September!

Don't like the new front, looks less aggressive than the prominent fangs. Spoiler looks slightly different as well. Hopefully it won't crack like I've just discovered mine has ...
