Hi all,

Unfortunately, I have to sell my Z as we need something with back seats - imminently ...

I'm having trouble getting sensible offers for it, and Auto trader just resulted in messages from scammers in Africa :(

The car is 2010 Manual Coupe GT with Sat Nav (the connect premium version) 7500 miles on the clock, its not been ragged and only ever drunk premium petrol etc, dealer service history at 12 months 6.5 K miles

At my local Nissan dealer, a similar age/mileage is priced at £25K

Any tips on how/where to sell it and what its worth.

Paul

That's always a tricky one... I'm rubbish when it comes to pricing used cars I'm afraid.

I'd recommend 'watching' some on ebay and see what they go for (if they sell). It's not the best time of year to be selling unfortunately.

Since you'd been on here a while you can post up in the for sale section.

Take lots of pictures - everyone knows what they look like but you'll want to show off its condition.

Sorry you have to sell, but good luck :)

Sorry to hear about you selling up :(

I sold my beast last year in December and here is my original ad;

http://forums.nissan...e-sat-nav-sold/

I priced it £2000 under the private list price as I needed and quick sale and mine was a higher mileage example.

I just browsed eBay, Autotrader and Pistonheads for the average price from each and priced accordingly.

My advice as well if you're selling through either of the above, set-up a new email address just for the selling as you will get fraudsters trying it on with the usual Paypal scams.

Apart from that, good luck with the sale :cry:
