Car type blanked out so you have no clues what I am looking at



I took delivery of a Brand New XXXXXXXXXXXXXX Manual on 20th December but my little girl cannot see out of the window. I have another baby on the way and always enjoyed talking about things outside so I am going to get rid of it.

I am within the 14 Days Cancellation Period with the Finance Company and they have agreed I can Terminate but the Dealer refuses to take the Car Back and says there is no cooling off period.

Any Advice?

Yes, she took a bit of a pasting, but not in a Yankie way, then posted up ... I realise now there is no cooling off period and have put the car on ebay

Uhmmm, "that" car is black, plus in the ebay listing it says 1100 miles......it took her that long to realize her girl couldn't look out the window???

If she was within the 14 day cooling off period I wouldn't have thought she would have needed a reason. However, I don't know, as I haven't taken a lot of notice of that element of consumer rights.

And I even I tend to take longer than 14 days to fancy a change of car . . .

What do I recommend? I'd answer that question in the same way I'd answer it if a lady asked it of me face to face: "Look down . . .".
