I had a bit of trouble getting onto a friends driveway last night and when I got home today my chin spoiler looked like this:

Luckily after a bit of a clean it popped back into place:

Been there too and got the badge  Easy to forget how low the spoiler is.

My mate has been thinking of fixing his driveway. I've told him to put it higher up his priority list

:D I remember the days where I didn't have the "chin" and didn't know it was supposed to have one! It made thing a lot less scratchy!

I did wonder how that piece attached though. Is it clips all along, or just at the sides? I did wonder if it was attached "permanently' what would happen if you knocked it quite hard.

So is that an extra?

No, Its part of every car... they just never bothered putting mine on. They ship in the boot of the new models and *should* be fitted by the dealer as part of their preparations for you to pick it up.

Only my dealer forgot to put it on. so they had to ship it to my local dealer who fitted it FOC.

It may be an extra in the USA, not sure. UK cars include the boot spoiler, etc. whereas the low-spec American ones don't - it might be that the chin spoiler is part of the aero pack...

I'm assuming you mean for the 370? The 350, it was always an option for the boot spoiler. No idea about the 370 version though :)

Yes, we were talking about the 370. And I was talking about the UK model specifically as Paul pointed out.
