I absolutely adore the brooding intro that's on the album version - and that version - of 'A Forest'. I don't mind that my eyesight isn't what it once was, so long as my ears still work.
We've not seen this vid before and when Sarah cast it to the screen we were both blown away. Needless to say, we replayed it on repeat a couple of times to take it in.
I've decided I need this album in my life (slightly ashamed it's not already in our collection).
It's quite intense, and a little disturbing in one or two instances. It's worth it just for the full version of 'A Forest' though, but there are a few other delights in there too.
My copy may get a resurrection over the next week. It was probably going to happen anyway, as over the last few weeks I've been revisiting The Cult and Siouxsie & The Banshees (and wearing a bit more black than usual too).
2007 350Z (my second Zed) - When you give up driving, you’re not going to look back wistfully on the car you owned with the nicest dashboard top or speaker grilles. You’re going to remember a car for its excitement and how it made you feel.
2011 Yaris 1.33 (my third Yaris) - With an extra 30cc and an extra gear it's become the S-Class of small cars. Far less pretentious though.
