Hey chaps, I'm trying to get music to play from a USB, I've moved the MP3 albums over to the stick but I keep getting the error message of 'check ish or iPod
I thought it might be because the usb was formatted to NTSC but I've converted back to expat but still no joy. It is a 64 gig 3.0 if that makes any difference?
Any help is as always greatly appreciated 🤞👍

I wonder if 32gb is the most it can handle?

It's a 10-year old system - you're lucky it hasn't got a cassette player :)

That's been my thinking, I'l try a 16 gigger to see if that solves it, I need one that is FAT32 too, this would only format to exFAT.
My Bose system in the TT had The front loading cassette 😁😁

Might ber a different error to yours but I gave up trying to play music from the USB, just got a continuos loop of it finding/trying to find the stick/phone, probably a dodgy connection somewhere. Now I just use bluetooth from my phone and a USB adaptor plugged into the cigarette lighter so I can charge without the continuos found/not found USB error.

Yes - right until 2006 Nissan insisted on putting cassette players in the 350's. They were obsolete technology even when the car first came out, in 2003!

You may be right about FAT32.

I only ever play music from my USB - and my system is the same as yours, so it should work.

Cheers Chubbs, that's solved it, I got a 16gig card that could format to FAT32 and put 5 albums on, plugged it in and hey presto!! The Jam Greatest Hits are ready to be blared out once again 😉👍

Looks like you're going to be 'top down' this weekend - they're forecasting a mini heatwave. Enjoy!

THAT's Entertainment!

Dont forget that you could buy one those thingamy cassettes, put it in, connect it to you wotsit music device and play all your favourites that way.

I just have an iPod touch on shuffle, no need for anything else  ;) Until I got my Cyrus stream XA it never left the car.
