  1. Thinking about this, I am sure I saw written down a Nissan commitment to provide parts for discontinued models for a minimum of 10 years after production ceases/ceased.

  2. Did you just suggest a Mini Coupe as an alternative to an Estate Car? As a dog owner myself, I think I would struggle to get the dog, paraphernalia and shopping or the like into a Coupe. The Macan's boot isn't much bigger than a normal though hatch in fairness - an Octavia estate for example has 640 litres of space so the gap is a little wider

  3. Nope mate you read about it. From what I have seen its a 370z Chassis and built up from there. 3ltr Twin Turbo Engine - sounds great so far doesn't it. Alas though it has no way of passing the Europe Emissions standards and won't be coming to us or Europe and if this pandemic continues we will see if it even happens. The next Zed we will see is likely to be EV or similar. The 370z will be the last Petrol Zed in the UK - unless someone thinks different?

  4. Very late to the party here, but.... A modern classic - BMW E39 5 Series Tourer in Sport guise - a 540i 4.4 V8 (I just sold my saloon version) or a 3.0 530i with the best BMW engine, the straight six. Not overly large exterior dimensions, but a somehow cavernous boot area!

  5. So while looking around I saw this, and I have a few questions: https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202011126046429 Is the seller on here? Will it get a wash before sale? What colour is that interior? I love it and have only seen one other like it, rare as rocking horse poo poo... I knew they existed! @Paul_S I'm hoping its not a fake listing and some one saw and took pictures form the car park.

  6. Its worth noting that these lights are both dimmed and brightened with the dash illumination knob. I always drove mine with the dash illumination as low as it could go and never really noticed it.

  7. I became aware of these recently as well. Fantastic looking go-karts and bags of fun no doubt.

  8. Ordered today ready for the new season. The one I had is starting to wear out after 4 years. So I thought I would order a new one from the States. Love these with the shape of the V1 Nismo. Available in a few colours https://teespring.com/stores/betos-store

  9. Fair play that is a SERIOUSLY good car - over 1.2g in cornering and braking! Think the GTR's were obviously doing a 1st lap recon (but sounded amazing anyway).

  10. Blimey, this thread's very European. The only suggestions missing are the most obvious ones: something with four rings on the front, and either a 4 or a 6 on the rear; or, something from Bavaria, with a number beginning either with a 3 or (probably preferably, as I could almost live with a 5-series) a 5 on the rear. I still refuse to name them fully. The questions I'd have are whether Merc build quality is still very questionable, and do Merc dealers still treat you like dirt if you haven't got the latest and biggest thing. Another question I have is why, when this is a forum for (suppos

  11. Was only talking to my son about this yesterday. Best estate: Ford Sierra 2.8i 4x4 Ghia Estate (a 2.9i would also do...)
