  1. Sorry for the outage this afternoon, we had a bit of a glitch which we dealt with as quickly as we could. Thank you for your patience and also thanks to the brilliant Blobbish and PaulW We’d be lost without you both.

  3. Exchanged a wave and thumbs up this afternoon Wife thought it wierd and commented that she doubts BMW or Porsche drivers would do that and I said it's because Zeds are special. She replied that maybe only I wave because I'M "SPECIAL" [emoji38] Either way, I'd rather be "special" and happy inside than "normal" and aloof/boring Sent from my Redmi Note 7 using Tapatalk

  4. Spotted this last week, thinking I might try making my Rays white too! Hung around and spoke to the owner, turns out it's supercharged, must be nuts!

  5. In almost all circumstances of this warning, the cause is the fob battery. As its voltage drops, the fob will intermittently lose connection with the car. If you put the fob in the fob receptacle (in front of your right knee when sitting in the driver's seat) the warning often goes away. Change fob battery for a reputable make CR2032. I've had this happen and checked the battery voltage on a multi-meter - it only needs to have dropped by fractions of a volt to start playing up. As stated on another recent thread, keep a couple of fresh fob batteries in one of the car storage are

  10. Thanks to loadmaster pointing me in the right direction I’m sure it’s my switch on the clutch pedal, it looks damaged so I’m trying to locate one at the moment

  11. That so reminds me of a conversation I had with my wife many years ago. I wouldn't say she would do it herself if she were driving but she has come to accept and understand these things. Don't care what anyone says but a thumbs up or nod of appreciation from a fellow Z/GTR driver (and I do for both) is always welcomed and puts a smile on my face.

  13. My worry isn't the steering lock, just the whole push button system. Though I do get your point....

  14. My advice would be to remove the fuse for sure. It's not worth the risk.

  21. Hardly been driven last two years and six years old now. Servicing, etc up to date so I accepted an offer. Not much else to say really. Fun while it lasted.

  22. Yeah - Jeff's absolutely right to suggest you try the battery first - and he's also right to recommend that you use something like Duracell. ...and his idea of keeping a spare in the glove box is good too!

  25. Hi All, After months of searching and some patience I finally got myself a 350z. 08 HR in Twilight Grey. Absolutely loving it so far. A few of minor issues I've listed so far include; rattling (almost a rubbing sound) transmission/clunking when changing gear at low speeds or harshly, tailgate button doesn't work, and sadly I had no choice but to hit a rock last night on it's first run so denting the plastic under tray at the front (in-line with brake pedal). Here's some snaps after my first ever attempt at waxing a car (clay bar to be used in a few months, going to practice with
